Do you accept cancelations?

Yes! Message us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order free of charge. However, once we begin creating your item, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! In the event that an item you ordered arrives in less than perfect condition, we're happy to offer a refund. If you notice any manufacturing errors or physical damage upon arrival, please send us photos of the item and we will help you get your money refunded.

When will I get my order?

Most items are made within 2-5 business days, and then they are shipped. The amount of time it will take for the shipment to reach you depends on where you live. They are expected to arrive within 5-8 business days on average, but may take up to 15 business days depending on our production partners.

Where is my order?

Once your item ships, you will be sent tracking information to your email. It can take up to 3 business days for the tracking info to be updated.
